Terms and Conditions—Goods and Services

Unless another prior written agreement has been executed between LP or its affiliates and a vendor, all purchases made pursuant to an LP-issued Purchase Order are governed by our standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions applicable in the country where the goods or services are delivered or performed. By issuing a Purchase Order, LP or its affiliates makes an offer to purchase the goods and/or services on the terms and conditions outlined below and on no other terms. Any other, additional, or conflicting terms or conditions contained in any order acknowledgement, invoice, or other document issued by a vendor, except such other terms and conditions that are contained in an executed, written agreement that may exist between LP or its affiliates and a vendor, are expressly rejected by LP and are of no force or effect, even if LP receives or retains the goods or services.
